First things first.
You have 4 nights to choose from this year.
Since Valentines Day is on a monday, you have Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday Night to celebrate it. There is nothing wrong with doing the valentines thing on any of those nights. It actually makes it more "do-able" for many since this takes some of the pressure off doing it up on a Monday when you know you gotta work the next day.

My husband is going on a "business trip" with his affair partner, and it encompasses those days Greg mentioned as well as a few beyond.

Also, I just wanted to share with you - an infidelity bulletin board I read had a thread with people making Valentine's/Anniversary cards for a Wayward Spouse from the Betrayed Spouse (since Hallmark has not yet tapped into this market).
